The College library is now running an active display program in conjunction with Administrative Services (Retail) students to help further develop their skills in a practical manner.

Collection spotlight-STONEMASONRY-craft,trade and industry



As students learn how to master traditional hand skills, complete projects involving practical building tasks or develop other competencies and techniques associated with work in this rapidly expanding industry - the library’s diverse range of resources on this subject are readily available and represent a unique part of our collection.

Formats include both print, magazine, audio visual and CD ROM/DVD based material as well as an interactive web guide.

Some unique titles include -
the Discovering Stone, Natural Stone and Stone World collection of magazines that report on current industry trends and issues both in Australia and overseas.

Recent orders incorporate a training DVD series on Granite countertop fabrication and installation and a Triennial resource of Australian stone for , resellers and users of stone.
